BIM Coordinator (Main-Con)

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation
• Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information
• Build up, regularly update, and enhance BIM objectives, templates, and object libraries for the Company.
• Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors
• Review Design Models Fabrication Models and Drawings
• Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability
• Create construction and as-built models
• Develop Virtual Mockup and 4D simulation
• Ensure Modelling Quality Control
• Follow the standards, workflows, settings, and best practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality consistent models and drawing output across the entire project.
• Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
• Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels
