As the Manufacturing intern, you'll collaborate with engineers to conduct a production shop floor study focused on automation, digitalisation, and smart lean practices. You’ll analyse market trends and industry best practices alongside internal data, helping to empower engineers in improving processes.

What you will do

• Engage in hands-on projects with engineers and managers to conduct production shop floor studies on automation, digitalization, and smart lean, focusing on data collection and analysis.
• Support Smart Lean Program initiatives, including autonomous maintenance, material preparation, and documentation to boost machine performance.
• Assist with people development projects and conduct workplace waste analysis using time studies and lean tools.
