Job summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, practical Project Manager with great organization skills and project management experience to join us .
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior design fit-out works in Retail, F & B, Theme park and Musuem industry.
- . Submission of tender including budgeting estimate with the QS.
- Work closely with Construction team & internal members on all aspects of projects, not limited to being the lead person to liaise with clients / consultants / landlord; and breifitng and negotiation with Sub contractors / Vendors.
- . Project Management and Supervision projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
- Prepare and manage project schedule and report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project completion within schedule. Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise.
- Cost management to ensure budgets are kept, value engineer where required.
- . Attend regular site meetings and inspections.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Civil or Building Management / Construction Management / Interior DesignMinimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs industry managing sales and marketing, building project management and planning for retail, construction, commercial projects, corporate office, gallery, museum and theme park.Ability to read CAD drawingsAbility to work under dynamic phases and stressSelf-motivated and able to work independently and as a teamGood interpersonal and communication skillsWilling to travel for short assignment 3-6mthsRelevant experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs will be advantageCandidates with lesser work experience will be consider for Executive postTell employers what skills you have
