Finance / HR Admin Assistant ( 5.5 day week / 44 hours work week – Toa Payoh )

Roles and Responsibilities

  • financial administration such as managing accounts payable / receivable, processing invoices
  • payroll, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, ensuring HR compliance
  • office administration
  • support projects

Qualification Requirements

  • GCE N Level
  • MS Office
  • independent, proactive and positive attitude
  • to provide operations support on need basis when needed
  • Salary $2000 to 3000 per month,
