Job descriptionConduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Manage and coordinate the rectification of any defects or issues identified during the construction process. Assist in the development of project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring architectural activities are integrated into the overall project plan. Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub- contractors according to specifications / drawings Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural. Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical / site issues Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works At least Diploma in Architecture / Building or equivalent Minimum 2 years of architecture coordination experience in building / construction trade or equivalent Expected salary Notice period Types / Names of building or constructions involved
Roles & Responsibilities
- Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus
- A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
- 6 days (5.5 days - Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet (Managing one site only)
