Responsibilities :
Coordinate on-site activities, managing contractors,
suppliers, and subcontractors.
Plan, schedule,
monitor, and update the project to meet targets.
Independently manage construction activities and
progress.
Supervise and lead the project team,
ensuring completion within the required timeframe and
budget.
Resolve design-related issues during
construction.
Ensure work quality and oversee
health and safety standards on site.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,
including project team members, consultants, sub-contractors, and
relevant government agencies, to achieve project
objectives.
Identify and manage project risks
to ensure successful delivery.
Assist the
Project Manager with site
coordination.

Requirements :
Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture,
or equivalent.
At least 5 years of project
management or site management experience in A&A
projects.
Driven individual with the ability
to work independently.
