Roles & Responsibilities
As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the public perception of our venues and experiences. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that connect with our target audience—young, urban, trend-conscious customers—and drive revenue growth. You would report directly to the Marketing Manager!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, venue launches, events, and influencer collaborations
- Create content and oversee creatives that align with brand identity
- Work closely with operations, events, and design teams to ensure consistent branding
- Manage social media calendars, performance analytics, and engagement metrics
- Coordinate PR, partnerships, and media outreach
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Requirements :
2+ years of marketing experience (preferably in F&B, nightlife, or lifestyle brands) or Fresh graduates in the relevant fields are welcomed to apply.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, IG, SEO, email marketing)Exceptional communication, content writing, and project management skillsPassion for nightlife, music, culture, and social scenesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when neededCreative thinker with a performance-driven mindsetTell employers what skills you have
