Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our APAC Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. The role will focus on driving performance excellence in soft services through data-driven analysis, metric development, and regional initiative management across the APAC region.
Performance Analysis & Metrics Management :
- Analyze and report on existing soft services performance metrics across the APAC region
- Identify gaps in current measurement systems and develop new KPIs and metrics where needed
- Create and maintain performance dashboards for regular reporting to regional leadership
- Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights for service improvement
- Standardize reporting methodologies across different countries / areas
Program Management :
Lead and coordinate regional soft services initiatives from conception to implementationDevelop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for regional programsTrack and report on progress of regional initiativesIdentify and manage program risks and dependenciesEnsure alignment of regional initiatives with global strategiesStakeholder Management :
Work closely with country-level teams to understand local challenges and opportunitiesFacilitate regular communication between regional and local teamsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the APAC regionCoordinate with global teams for best practice sharing and alignmentContinuous Improvement :
Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedbackDevelop business cases for proposed improvementsSupport the implementation of improvement initiativesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changesRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in facilities managementStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reportingProven track record in stakeholder management across multiple countriesExperience in continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus)Required Skills :
