Introduction

Join our buthcery located at Dempsey Hill! We are opening a new retail outlet and setting up a new butchery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to needs
• Weigh and package meat products
• Properly labeled and store meat products
• Keep work area clean and organise according to HACCP
• Keep a detailed record of inventory products and order new supplies when necessary
• Arrange products in accordance to storage condition and temperature requirements
