Overview :

Our client, a global leader in geotechnical engineering solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Design Manager to join their Singapore team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the design team, including junior engineers

Liaise with clients and stakeholders on technical requirements

Ensure designs meet regulations, codes, and best practices

Review and deliver accurate, timely design outputs

Resolve technical issues and improve future project outcomes

Engage in industry groups and contribute to technical knowledge

Develop and promote "Design & Build" geotechnical solutions

Conduct site visits to support training, quality, and compliance

Requirements :

Possess at least a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering

Proven geotechnical design experience with strong problem-solving skills

Prior relevant experience in Singapore

Proficiency in geotechnical software such as Plaxis, GeoStudio, Settle3, etc.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm

Working Location : Island-wide
