Key Responsibilities

• Order Management : Coordinate incoming and outgoing orders of pallets and crates, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Inventory Control : Track stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records.
• Logistics Coordination : Schedule deliveries, liaise with drivers and third party logistics providers.
• Production Support : Assist with planning and scheduling production runs to meet customer requirements.
• Process Improvement : Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Customer Service : Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests related to operations and deliveries.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure operations comply with workplace safety and government regulations.
