Responsibilites :
- Assist the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
- Drive revenue, maximise profits and minimize costs of the outlet
- Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
- Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
- Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
- Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
- Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
- Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times.
- Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
- Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements :
Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalentCandidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience of KTV / Restaurant Service / Retail or equivalentAcute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trendsStrong customer service and problem solving skillsStrong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service teamTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with short deadlinesAble to work in fast-paced F&B environmentAble to commit shift work, weekends and public holidaysProficient in MS Office applications for administrative workTell employers what skills you have
