System Support Analyst (Application / S4 Hana)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Functions

• L1support for S4 HANA (SD, MM, Contracts and Billing, FI / CO), CRM system -C4C (Sales and service), CPQ, FSM (mobile app and dashboard)
• AMS issue management / system support.
• Creation / Deactivation of user login IDs for SAP / C4 as necessary
• S4 / FSM - 3PL integration support, where necessary
• Issues related to C4 Quotation creation in C4.
• Sales and Service Billing issues
• Execute and provide support for biz process improvement across organization
• Liaise with L2 for fixes, raising forms as necessary, support testing, prepare supporting evidence and go live.
• S4P & S4Q setup and config.
• Change Request Management for issues raised
• CPQ / C4C / FSM
• Manage Engine tickets and user support (ticketing portal) for application tickets
• Maintain necessary documents under CR management for requirements gathered, UAT, go-live
