Job Description :
The visiting researcher will work on the development of advanced techniques for the transfer, integration of two-dimensional (2D) materials, with an emphasis on graphene and other 2D materials. The research aims to address key challenges in wafer-scale transfer, interface engineering, and device fabrication.
The main responsibilities include :
Graphene Wafer TransferDevelop and refine contamination-free and crack-free transfer methods that ensure high carrier mobility and electronic properties
Dielectric Encapsulation and Device OptimizationFabricate high-performance graphene and other 2D materials devices with clean interface and high-quality and stable operation
3D Integration of 2D MaterialsEmploy non-destructive methods to assemble van der Waals heterostructures. Establish “all-2D” stacked device architectures with graphene and various 2D materials
Expected outcomes : The appointment will contribute to establishing robust wafer-scale processes for 2D materials, achieving state-of-the-art electronic and photonic device performance, and strengthening collaborative research capacity in nanoelectronics and integrated systems.
