What You’ll Be Doing
Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionallyInteract with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinksDrive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activitiesAssist in training and guiding team members to improve service standardsOversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checksCarry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting ManagerWhat we're looking for
Prior F&B or hospitality experience is preferredCustomer-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressureTeam player with leadership potential
