Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a MNC, market leader in the Engineering System industry. They are looking for a Head of Engineering to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full spectrum of engineering design, from bid stage through to project completion
• Validate technical deliverables and offer expert support on advanced engineering challenges
• Maintain engineering standards and advise teams on intricate technical matters
• Align efforts across teams and report key milestones and risks to relevant stakeholders
• Support R&D, budget planning, and talent development
• Manage and develop engineering teams and external vendors
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
