Job Description

- Position Title : Senior Accounts Executive
- Working Location : Ubi (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours : 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS + VB
- Duration : Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing full set of accounts and account reconciliations.Manage statutory audits and tax submissions (including GST), ensuring all reporting deadlines are adhered to.Provide support for treasury functions, including credit facilities, cash management, foreign exchange, and interest rate matters.Oversee credit management, monitor receivables to reduce overdue accounts and minimize expected credit losses.Prepare budgets and partner with internal stakeholders through thorough data analysis to support business decisions.Ensure adherence to the Group’s financial policies and procedures within the organization.Strengthen and maintain internal control processes.Assist in evaluating subsidiary compliance with Group financial policies and procedures.Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other professional service providers.Mentor and guide junior team members.Assist management with various ad-hoc assignments as required.APPLY NOW!!!
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy Finance or ACCA qualification.At least 2 years of experience managing full sets of accounts.Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.Experience with SAP system is preferred.Prior experience in an audit or assurance firm is an added advantage.Demonstrate initiative, leadership qualities, and reliability.Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods :
