This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role - Enterprise Architect for the APAC region to lead the architecture function of General Insurance initiatives.
Develop and execute architectural strategies and roadmaps tailored to the region while ensuring alignment with global architecture principles. This role will lead and grow an experienced regional architecture team and work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive innovation and consistency across IT delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the architecture strategy and technology roadmap for general insurance solutions across APAC, aligned with global architecture direction.Lead the design and oversight of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business goals.Build, lead, and mentor a team of architects, ensuring continuous growth, technical excellence, and a strong architectural community of practice.Act as the primary architecture advisor to regional executives and senior stakeholders across business and IT, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.Champion enterprise architecture governance, including principles, standards, reference architectures, and review processes.Qualifications
Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge across a range of modern technologies including Java, .NET, Kubernetes and Kafka. Experience designing and building Event and API driven platform architectures covering on-premise and cloud deployment. Must have knowledge and exposure to enterprise architecture, systems architecture and integration architecture standards, frameworks and best practices. Experience implementing micro-service solutions, utilizing automation and AI and an understanding of data platforms and real time processing.Experience : 15+ years experience in senior architecture roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry. Enterprise architecture experience designing and implementing complex end-to-end software applications and platforms. Experience leading a team of architects, defining and enabling strategies and solutions. Adept at liaising with global architecture teams and business leaders to adopt and drive change.Global / Regional : Ideally have at least 10+yrs of regional / global experience with responsibilities over multi-country architecture and delivery.Tell employers what skills you have
