UAT Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Description:

• Responsible for project managing simultaneous medium-to-large multi-functional UAT projects worldwide, and delivering them in line with major release events.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise of E2E customer journeys, business processes, and impacted systems, and have the ability to innovate creative solutions.
• Lead and collaborate with multiple partner teams to connect the dots and drive success.
• Develop and drive comprehensive cross-functional UAT Plans and strategies.
• Manage, plan, and organize activities and tasks throughout UAT planning and execution.
• Lead, take forward thinking action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity.
• Keep the extended team informed, and ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues.
• Develop and sustain professional and trusted relationships with all cross-functional partners.
• Lead test resources for successful execution of projects and provide input to and craft the UAT management processes in-line with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 5+ years of relevant UAT and full fledge Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of technical ability, capable of quickly understanding complex integrated systems.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the UAT/Project Lifecycle within the digital commerce space.
• Ability to lead testing efforts across various teams and viewed as a trusted advisor and partner.
• An effective communicator (written and spoken), able to fully comprehend issues, manage timeline and see around corners to understand downstream impacts.
• Skilled to combine critical thinking with hands-on execution when driving multifunctional, complex, large testing efforts to achieve UAT sign off.
• Detail oriented, quality-focused with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience of good facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• PMP, Automation and SAP experience is a plus.
