Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Period : From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year.

Workng hours :

  • Mondays to Thursdays : 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays : 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of services :

  • Facilites management coordination
  • Cleaning operations management
  • Event logistics and coordination
  • Operational process management
  • Qualifications, skills and experience :

  • Minimum NITEC Certification or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, facilities management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
