Job Description

• Market Research : Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, topics, and target audiences for relevant and timely conference content.
• Agenda Development : Create compelling conference programs, including session formats, themes, and speaker line-ups tailored to industry needs.
• Speaker Acquisition : Source, invite, and secure high-quality speakers and thought leaders to participate in the event.
• Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end production timeline, ensuring all content elements are delivered on schedule and align with event goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the event meets commercial, logistical, and audience engagement objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• Has strong research and analytical skills, with a good understanding of the transport, infrastructure, or aviation sectors (or a strong interest in learning).
• Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders and industry leaders.
• Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple content tracks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Brings commercial awareness and understands how to craft programs that drive delegate attendance and sponsor engagement.
• Is proactive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
