Job Description
Our client, a well-established Japanese accounting and tax services firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join their team. This position reports directly to the Japanese Director and plays a key role in supporting corporate governance and regulatory compliance functions.
Responsibilities 】
- Prepare, draft, and maintain accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner
- Manage company registration procedures and other statutory filings
- Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate documentation and records
- Provide administrative and coordination support to legal advisors as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and regulatory requirements
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
