Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Central
Monday - Friday : 8.30AM - 6.00PM

Job Description :

Operations Management – Handle day-to-day import and transshipment operations for both sea freight and airfreight.

Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with vendors, shipping lines, customers, and overseas agents via email and phone.

Customer Support – Manage enquiries, provide quotations, and resolve shipment-related issues.

Documentation & Compliance – Prepare, process, and verify accuracy of shipping documents.

Coordination – Work with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods.

Invoicing – Prepare and issue invoices within stipulated deadlines.

Team Support – Assist management with ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
