Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinates schedules including setting appointments, maintaining calendar of activities and events.
- Organizes and schedules meetings and conference calls
- Assist with creation / modifications of online postings, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Handle all sales related enquires and documents.
- Providing buddy back-up support / covering duties to secretaries who are absent.
- Collating and filing expenses, receipts, invoices and other documents.
- Performs adhoc administrative support functions.
Any other miscellaneous task as assigned by manager when necessary.
