Network Engineer - FARBEN INFORMATION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and maintain complex network infrastructures including routing, switching, firewall, and load balancing solutions.
• Implement and support network and security appliances such as firewalls, IPS / IDS, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless controllers.
• Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support to clients via remote troubleshooting and onsite interventions.
• Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve incidents and escalate technical issues as required.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist in project planning, proposal drafting, and pre-sales technical consultations when necessary.
• Conduct network assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviews to identify gaps and implement security best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
