A Chinese commodity trading company is looking for qualified individuals to join our team as part of our growing business needs.
Job Description
- To provide office administration support including reception duties
- Maintenance of proper filing and control system
- Obtain internal approval via system (OA system)
- Payment arrangement via system (Oracle)
- Collation and checking of monthly claims and submission to HQ
- Handle travel arrangements (i.e. flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications, etc)
- IT management support (liaise with 3rd party vendor)
- Oversees fixed assets (issuing, filing and recording)
- Close liaison with Corporate Secretary on all company corporate matters
- Regular coordination with HQ-China
- Regional coordination with overseas colleagues based in various subsidiary
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement
GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level / NITEC / HNITEC / Diploma / Degree in Business studies or related coursesMinimum 5 years relevant working experienceKnowledge in MS Office, Oracle and or other system applicationsCapable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMeticulous and analyticalIndependent with initiative and proactive with good problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with good communication in English and able to converse in Mandarin to internal staff (HQ in China)Working Hours : Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
Working Location : Raffles Place
