- Provide detailed information about the courses, curriculum, and learning outcomes
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess students' backgrounds, interests, and learning preferences
- Recommend suitable courses and learning pathways based on students' objectives and career aspirations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and conversion rates
