Scope :

Carry out preventive and

corrective maintenance works on-site

Respond

to breakdowns, standby duties, and emergency call-outs

Maintain accurate work records and support inspections

and audits (BCA, FSB)

Assist in incident

investigations, QC / QA defect follow-ups, and

reporting

Requirements :

Min. Nitec in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or

related field

Prior experience in maintenance

or lift industry is strongly advantageous

Own motorbike for transport

between sites

Basic knowledge in electrical,

mechanical, or building systems
