Job Responsibilities
- To ensure registration kiosks are in operations according to operations hours
- To register visitors according to KKH's guidelines, procedures and policies
- To assist patients / visitors on general enquiries, patient locations, directions and facilitate kiosk registration
- To assist patients / visitors on delivery of items to the wards as and when required.
- To distribute and collate forms, letters and other communications materials required by KKH
- To ensure Patient's information are kept confidential
- To constantly check that the environment at work area is always tidy and safe. Also, to inform relevant department for support when required.
- To refer to Team Leader on any unusual ground issues that may be encountered
- To records any incidents in to an incident logbook. New incidents recorded in the logbook are to be presented to Company within 24 hours.
- To maintain proper housekeeping at work area
To record his / her temperature daily during YELLOW, ORANGE and RED Dorscon level or when required by KKH.
Job Requirements
Minimum N / O Levels, NITEC or equivalent.Customer service or healthcare experience is a bonus.Able to speak and write simple English (other languages / dialects an advantage).Comfortable using computer systems for registration and admin.Willing to work shifts, weekends or public holidays if rostered.Tell employers what skills you have
