Job Title : IT Executive
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing L1 support for various systems and applications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good project management and change request management skills, and the ability to liaise with different module PICs.
About the Role :
- Provide L1 support for S4 HANA (SD, MM, Contracts and Billing, FI / CO), CRM system -C4C (Sales and Service), CPQ, FSM (mobile app and dashboard)
- Handle AMS issue management / system support, user login ID creation / deactivation for SAP / C4 as necessary
- Support 3PL integration in S4 / FSM where needed
- Resolve issues related to C4 Quotation creation in C4 and Sales and Service Billing
- Execute and provide support for business process improvement across the organization
- Liaise with L2 for fixes, raise forms as necessary, support testing, prepare supporting evidence, and go live
- Set up and configure S4P & S4Q, manage change requests for issues raised, and maintain necessary documents under CR management for requirements gathered, UAT, go-live
