About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and improving the functional abilities of elderly residents. You’ll design and implement therapy plans, work closely with nursing and allied health teams, supervise junior staff, and contribute to continuous care enhancement across the facility. Your work will directly support residents’ quality of life and day-to-day independence.

Conduct assessments and develop individual therapy plans addressing ADLs, cognitive skills, behavior, and social engagementDeliver therapy sessions that promote mobility, motor skills, and functional independenceCollaborate with nurses and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centered careRegularly monitor and revise therapy plans in line with SOPs and emergency response protocolsSupervise and guide junior occupational therapists and therapy aidesManage therapy equipment inventory and participate in quality assurance initiativesSupport onboarding and competency development of therapy aidesUphold patient confidentiality and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhat They’re Looking For
Mandatory Certification : Registered Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)Experience : At least 2 years in a related role; candidates with 5+ years of experience may be considered for senior-level positionsKey Competencies :
