Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Understand process requirement from Tender package and develop estimates for process design with deliverables
• Prepare Preliminary process design for proposal estimate
• Guide and prepare PFD with heat & material balance as required
• Hydraulic calculations of various systems
• Equipment design (Column Rating, heat exchanger, vessel, pump, etc) using software and codes / standards
• Support in development of P & ID and review
• PRV / Safety / Relief valves sizing (relieving scenario, sizing, including inlet / outlet line sizing)
• Provide Instrument Process Data
