Job Description & Requirements
- Execute AWB based on client and customer service instructions and comply to terminal / airline requirement.
- Handle inbound or outbound shipment documents.
- Attend to customers’ request via email and telephone call wherever necessary.
- Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
- Teamwork capabilities with communication and understanding of workflow.
- Take on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor / Manager.
Requirements
Knowledge of Import or Export shipping documentation1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding companyAble to perform given tasks efficiently and meet the deadline given by supervisor / managerTeam workerWith permit declaration knowledge of Costing and Billing is an added advantage.5.5days per week (routine with team after probationTell employers what skills you have
