Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into robust mechanical design concepts and specifications.
• Develop and refine 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation to support product development and lifecycle management.
• Conduct design validation through simulations (thermal, vibration, force analysis) and physical testing to ensure performance and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design efficiency, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, process engineering, and global R&D to ensure seamless product integration.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation in alignment with international standards.
• Participate in material selection and design reviews to ensure compatibility with advanced manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support for product enhancements, failure analysis, and customer feedback resolution.
