Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Leads new product design, development activities of connectors, wire harness and electronic packages.
- Responsible for managing pre-engineering, product design development of new products.
- Performs value analysis, value engineering and troubleshooting.
- Manage a team of Product Design engineers and responsible for products’ lifecycle.
- Guide team in performing data analysis, yield enhancement, product cost reduction and device reliability improvement.
- Develop market-specific connector products and optimizing product designs and yields.
- Initiate and implement improvement processes to improve efficiency and sustainability in productions.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and building relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure processes meet quality standards and safety compliance requirements.

Mon to Fri : 8 : 15am to 5 : 30pm
