Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, is seeking a Retail Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Handle cashiering duties, including payment processing and issuing receipts.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Support the store in achieving sales targets.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the store manager.
