Job Overview

The role of an HR / General Affairs Executive is multifaceted and requires a strong foundation in human resources and administrative operations.

  • This position involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR operational duties, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and performance assessment.
  • Candidates are screened and interviewed, and orientations and onboarding processes are conducted to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Payroll processing, employee data updates, and maintenance of personnel files are also key responsibilities.
  • This executive will coordinate training initiatives, manage work passes, and facilitate exit interviews to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • A critical aspect of this role is reviewing and refining HR policies and practices, assisting in standardizing internal processes, and developing compensation plans that align with the organization's goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, accompanied by a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective time management, and exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity.
