The role of an HR / General Affairs Executive is multifaceted and requires a strong foundation in human resources and administrative operations.
This position involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR operational duties, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and performance assessment.
Candidates are screened and interviewed, and orientations and onboarding processes are conducted to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Payroll processing, employee data updates, and maintenance of personnel files are also key responsibilities.
This executive will coordinate training initiatives, manage work passes, and facilitate exit interviews to foster a positive and productive work environment.
A critical aspect of this role is reviewing and refining HR policies and practices, assisting in standardizing internal processes, and developing compensation plans that align with the organization's goals.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, accompanied by a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong analytical skills, effective time management, and exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role.
