Overview

Join a growing team in delivering industrial air and filtration solutions that power manufacturing, energy, and process industries. We’re seeking an Account Manager with a strong technical foundation who can engage customers, identify opportunities, and deliver practical engineering solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage customer accounts across various industries.
  • Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement.
  • Provide consultative technical support — assessing site requirements and recommending optimal air systems.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposals and solutions are accurate and feasible.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and activity reports.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical or industrial sales (preferably compressed air or filtration).
  • Mechanical or Electrical background with good technical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to communicate and build trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Option 3 – “Sales Executive (Engineering & Industrial Solutions)”

    The Opportunity

    We’re hiring a Sales Executive to grow our engineering and industrial solutions portfolio, focused on compressed air and filtration systems . This role offers hands-on exposure to both sales and technical engagement across a diverse customer base.

    Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and manage end-to-end sales activities.
  • Conduct site visits, understand customer challenges, and recommend suitable systems.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track market movements, customer feedback, and competitor trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline forecasting.
  • Requirements

  • Prior experience in industrial or technical sales preferred.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, particularly compressors and filtration equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about industrial technology.
