Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable environments on Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop and enhance automated deployment pipelines to ensure smooth, reliable, and repeatable software delivery.
  • Implement automation across provisioning, monitoring, and release processes.
  • Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain system stability, performance, and uptime.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions that support business goals.
  • Apply cloud security principles and ensure compliance is embedded in DevOps practices.
  • Keep up with new cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and tools, and recommend improvements for the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven background as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer with strong Azure experience.
  • Background in software engineering, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
  • Solid understanding of CI / CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Practical knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong grasp of cloud networking, identity, and security concepts.
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms.
  • Familiarity with big data workloads, ETL pipelines, or large-scale data processing.
  • Domain knowledge in financial services or capital markets is a plus.
