Responsibilities
Sourcing material, ordering, and delivering items to the workplace
Follow up ordering and delivery status
Record all purchased materials and ensure everything tallies with purchase records
Coordinate with supervisor or project in-charge for item request purposes
Provide admin duties and clerical support to project team; update manpower movement constantly
Working time : 5 working days (9am - 6pm)
Working location : Kranji
Requirements
At least 1 year experience is added advantage
Able to start work immediately / short notice is preferred
