Responsibilities : 1)
End-to-End Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for
campaigns, events, social reels, and paid ads.
Adapt creative assets for various platforms : Instagram,
Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu and website
content.
Ensure deliverables are optimized for
vertical / mobile formats and high performing across search
platform.

Storytelling & Creative
Direction
Transform
briefs into impactful creative content that reflects our brand
voice, audience expectations, and business objectives.
Maintain consistency across visual assets while evolving
the creative approach based on Pitch and prototype ideas that bring
fresh perspective to housing
storytelling.
3)
Technical Craft & Excellence
Deliver polished content with attention to pacing,
rhythm, transitions, sound design, and visual balance.
End to end video production and photography process,
include storyboard with marketing team, scripting, filming, and
video
editing.
Requirement :
You should have a minimum of 1- 2 years of working
experience in multimedia content creation, social media or creative
production.
A portfolio demonstrating
high-quality, engaging video work with creative
versatility.
Strong technical understanding of
photography and video production.
Proficiency
in Adobe Premiere Pro, with bonus points for basic After Effects or
Photoshop and Illustrator.
A clear and concise
style of communication, with a creative / fun spin when
relevant.
Ability to think outside the box and
create innovative, fun, and engaging content.
Strong project management skills & the ability to
prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
independently.
