Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights :

Contract Duration : 12 months agency contract
Salary range : $3160 per month
Nearest MRT : Caldecott
Working hours : Monday – Friday; 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm

Requirements :

Degree holder

Prior experience in doing procurement coordination, procurement admin

Proficient in MS Office.

Description :

Provide key procurement and administrative support to facilitate operations.

Assist in end-to-end procurement activities to support operational and administrative requirements.

Support onboarding and offboarding arrangements for staff.

Liaise with vendors, users, and other stakeholders to provide procurement support.

Support the development, refinement, and streamlining of workflows for better efficiency.

Meeting coordination; taking minute meetings.

Documentation duties for compliance.

Other duties as assigned.
