Roles & Responsibilities
Overview : The Marketing Manager / Senior Manager, RMN will be instrumental in building awareness, driving demand, and enabling the sales team for our growing Retail Media Network. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven marketer with strong digital advertising acumen. You will be responsible for translating our RMN's capabilities into compelling narratives, packaging advertiser-ready solutions, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract and educate advertisers and agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solutions Packaging & Positioning :
- Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to translate RMN product features into clear, advertiser-centric solutions and value propositions.
- Develop compelling sales collateral, product documentation, case studies, and presentations that highlight the unique benefits and ROI of our RMN offerings.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Sales Enablement :
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs, tools, and training modules to empower the sales and partnerships teams.
- Create sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, FAQs, and objection handling guides to support effective selling.
- Act as a go-to resource for the sales team, providing insights and support on RMN products and market trends.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution :
- Execute GTM plans for new RMN products and features, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
- Collaborate on internal and external launch communications.
- Demand Generation & Awareness :
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e.g., content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, industry events, social media) targeting advertisers and media agencies.
- Manage and grow the RMN's online presence, including website content and digital advertising efforts.
- Identify and cultivate speaking opportunities, awards, and PR initiatives to enhance RMN visibility and credibility.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization :
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Commercial, and Data & Insights teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and market needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.5+ years (for Manager) / 7+ years (for Senior Manager) of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement roles, with significant exposure to advertising, e-commerce, or media.Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), and performance marketing metrics.Proven ability to develop compelling marketing collateral and translate technical concepts into clear business value.Experience in planning and executing successful B2B demand generation campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Tell employers what skills you have
