Job Description

• Soliciting F&B outlets (hotels / restaurants / bars) to participate in the various gourmet festivals
• Liaising with F&B outlets for Marketing materials, menu and operational requirements
• Liaising with sponsors for Marketing materials and operational requirements
• Assist with handling reservations and enquiries
• Handling site recce and coordination meetings with related outlets and sponsors / vendors
• On-site preparation and execution of each event
• Assist with developing print and online marketing materials including advertisements, program guides, brochures, EDMs, CRM, website, socials, etc. This will include writing, editing and proofreading, briefing and basic designing
• Liaising with management and marketing teams to meet and exceed partner requirements / expectations
• Assist in managing event hotline and hotline agents
