Our client is a leading provider of themed indoor activity

centres in Singapore are seeking a creative and energetic

Activity Crew, Park Operations to

enhance the park experience through dynamic event coordination and

guest engagement.

Key

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high

standards of operational excellence

Prioritize

safety while engaging guests in a variety of activities, programs,

and learning journeys

Interact proactively

with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across

various channels (in-person, mobile, or digital)

Propose, review, and implement enhancements to the parks

offerings and guest experiences

Support team

leaders in staff training and team development

Oversee and manage the operations of specific attractions

or rides

Perform housekeeping tasks, ensuring

cleanliness of guest and crew areas, conducting safety inspections

per SOPs, and maintaining the overall ambience of the

park

Take on any other ad-hoc duties as

assigned

Requirements

Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and

public holidays

Friendly, approachable, and

courteous demeanor

Strong communication

skills

Experience in mascot performance is a

plus

Ability to multitask, with attention to

detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Additional language skills are a bonus

Experience in retail, attractions, child-focused

environments, or performing arts is

advantageous
