About the role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Provide basic product information and support with purchases
Help with merchandising and display updates
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail area
Support in-store promotions and marketing efforts
Support ad-hoc retail tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Friendly, approachable, and confident with people

Able to work independently and take initiative

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Retail or customer service experience is a bonus

Love for home decor and aesthetic products is a bonus
