Role and Responsibilities :

• Handle existing clients and new clients through identify potential clients through research, referrals and cold calls.

Draft, negotiate, and close leasing agreements with customers, maintaining clear documentation for accurate processing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the leasing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to the end of the lease term.
