This role focuses on Campaign Management within Event &
Promotion : -
Assist Director /
Assistant Director to manage the planning, execution, and
maintenance of campaign systems and automation tools, ensuring
system accuracy and data integrity
Supervise
and support the execution of marketing campaigns, automation
systems, complimentary adjustments, and communication efforts to
ensure seamless delivery and accuracy
Provide
inputs and insights to the Business Development team regarding
targeted member segments to optimize campaign effectiveness and
customer engagement
Ensure accuracy and
consistency in the awarding, usage, and expiration of loyalty
points and ensure compliance with internal principles and policies
across all channels and 3rd-party merchants at all times
Liaise with IT and relevant business units to ensure the
appropriate management, accessibility, and integrity of marketing
data for campaign execution and analysis
Monitor industry trends, and cross-industry best
practices
Lead and support the execution of
business-related projects across multiple departments, ensuring
on-time, within-scope, and on-budget
delivery
Job
Requirements
Degree /
Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications
Minimum 5
years' experience in a similar capacity
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret
data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to
collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships
with internal and external stakeholders
Strong
project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple
campaigns at a time
