Job description

Sales Engineer

As a key contributor to our organization, the Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving monthly targets. Responsibilities include developing new customer pipelines, crafting value propositions for customers through innovative solutions, and providing technical expertise as needed.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Create and maintain accurate customer databases
BUILD strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Establish effective communication channels with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with architects / homeowners / consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

Prior sales experience in the air-conditioning industry (advantage)

Proven salesmanship skills, customer-centric approach, results-driven mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft applications and computer software

Ability to travel using personal vehicle (desired)
