Location : Woodlands

Working Hours : Mon-Sat 9am-6pm (After probation,

Alt Sat 9am-6pm)

Salary : $4000-$7000

Job Description

• Manage

and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors on all contractual

matters

advise project team on contractual matters

variations, progress claims and certification of subcontractor's

payment

and schedules, as well as providing support in the estimation of

project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities

and other tender requirements

contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to

post-contract stages

tenders including quantity take offs and pricing

budgeting and controlling

site team

Requirements

Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or Building Management or

equivalent, with minimum 6 years relevant experience in

construction industry

able to work under pressure
